GROUP ACTIVITIES
Recreational and social activities are crucial for preserving and enhancing mental health. They promote community involvement and connectivity, providing chances to make new friends and pick up new interests or talents. At HelpAlong, our group activities give people a forum to talk about their mental health struggles while also giving them a chance to practice new social skills and forge lasting personal bonds. Along with more conventional group activities like cooking, gardening, and meditation, HelpAlong offers fresh and creative activities. Our community involvement supports offer following activities throughout Southeast Queensland.
Activities we offer include:
- Walking
- Arts/Crafts Lessons

Our group/Centre activities create a safe and supportive environment for people with complex emotions to express themselves to other people who has same issues or can relate to these experiences. These activities allow our participants to develop life skills and engage themselves with social activities and create a strong interpersonal relationship.
