NDIS Registration
Our relentless efforts bore fruit when we proudly attained NDIS registration. This significant milestone opened doors, allowing us to provide essential support services to those who needed it most. We became a beacon of hope, empowering individuals with disabilities to embrace life absolutely.
Supporting Our First Participant
In late 2022, we stood at the threshold of impact. With a solid commitment, we supported our first participant, marking the beginning of our journey within the community. Through highs and lows, our mission remained constant, driving us forward.
The birth of our SIL House
We achieved a significant milestone in March 2023 as we setup our first Supported Independent Living (SIL) house. Within those walls, we created a supporting and encouraging environment for individuals with disabilities. Our commitment extended beyond physical spaces; it was about encouraging independence and dignity.

Behind every achievement stands a team of dedicated staff members at our Corporate Office. Their expertise, compassion, and solid commitment drive our organisation forward. But our family extends further—over 200 support workers, each playing a crucial role in delivering personalised support services to our participants.

Dedication and persistence fueled our growth. Today, HelpAlong operates 16 SIL houses across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan, and Ipswich regions. Each house serves as a testament to our relentless dedication and support for our participants, as well as their trust in HelpAlong.
