At HelpAlong, we support people to live with independence, dignity and choice.
We are seeking kind, dependable and experienced support workers to join our team in supporting our clients in SIL accommodation in Morayfield, Burpengary, Rothwell and surrounding suburbs.
You will have the opportunity to actively support our male and female clients maintaining their independence and achieve their goals. The shifts are generally 8 hours long, regular and consistent, including sleepovers. You will receive paid training – certifications you can take with you in your career.
Client Support Needs:

Personal care, including manual handling support
-
Behaviour reporting and support plan implementation
-
Medication administration
-
Domestic assistance, including meal preparation, cleaning and routines
Those with Enrolled Nurse or Enteral Feeding experience encouraged to apply.
About You
We’re looking for people who bring a mix of experience, skills and understanding to the role. You don’t need to meet every point below to apply:

Certificate III in Individual Support or similar

Previous disability support experience

Current First Aid and CPR
-
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
-
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
-
Current driver license and own vehicle
-
Able to maintain professional boundaries and follow company protocols
-
Confident with documentation and incident reporting
-
Looking for regular, consistent rosters with flexibility to fit around your lifestyle
